Rethink Befriending Service provides support for members of the community aged 18-65 with a mental illness. Individuals are supported by volunteers who also live in the borough of Barking and Dagenham. Our volunteers aim to support people as flexibly as possible, but in particular support them to become less socially isolated and live more independently |
